Terms and Conditions – 3err Online Gaming Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 3err platform — whether through a web browser on desktop or mobile — and by registering an account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. 2. Eligibility

To register and use 3err you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is specifically prohibited by local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using the account to process payments for a third party.

Where 3err has reasonable grounds to believe that an account holder does not meet these eligibility requirements, the account may be suspended pending verification. Any funds deposited during a period of ineligibility may be returned at 3err's discretion, but winnings generated during that period will be voided.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 3err. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of whether different email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods are used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances held pending investigation.

When registering you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, current address and valid contact details. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

3err may request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before a withdrawal is processed or if unusual activity is detected. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID such as a national identity card (CNIC) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that cannot be verified will have withdrawals held until verification is complete.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned upon voluntary account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 3err are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available from time to time. Deposits are generally credited to your 3err PKR balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds during normal operating conditions, while bank transfers may take longer during weekends or public holidays.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an alternative method is requested and verified. Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawal requests to be processed within one business day. 3err does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been completed or the bonus has been forfeited.
• 3err reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Deposits made with funds that are not your own, or deposits made for purposes other than personal gaming, are not permitted.
• In cases where a deposit is made and then withdrawn without any meaningful gaming activity, 3err may apply a processing review which could delay the withdrawal.

If a deposit does not appear in your account after the expected processing time, contact support with your transaction reference number and the payment method used. 3err will investigate and resolve genuine processing delays as quickly as possible.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

3err offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the point the bonus is offered. The general principles below apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are added to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from completing the wagering requirement can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — for example, Slots may contribute 100% while Live Casino games contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain when a bonus expires are removed from the account automatically.

6. Gameplay and Wagering

3err provides access to multiple game categories including Live Casino, Sports Betting, Slots, Bingo, Fish Games and more. All games are provided by third-party software providers whose own terms may apply in addition to these. The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface and should be read before playing.

Sports betting markets, including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 international fixtures and Football, are made available based on scheduled events. Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the odds are fixed for that wager.

• Wagers placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned will be voided and the stake returned to your account balance.
• In cases of obvious pricing errors in odds or game payouts, 3err reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3err. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Providing false personal information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-driven tools or any scripting to place bets or interact with games outside normal manual play.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through systematic abuse, including but not limited to bonus hunting across multiple accounts or coordinated wagering to clear requirements artificially.
• Colluding with other players in games where player decisions can affect outcomes.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or is not in your name.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds in a manner consistent with money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or distribute any part of the 3err platform or its content.

Where 3err identifies or suspects prohibited conduct, the platform reserves the right to freeze the account pending investigation, withhold withdrawals during that investigation, and permanently close the account if the investigation confirms a breach. Real-money balances held during a legitimate closure for non-fraud reasons will be returned; balances accumulated through prohibited activity will be voided.

9. Privacy and Data

3err collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify player identities, process payments and meet any applicable legal obligations.
